6. Service-Specific Information & Disclaimers
Driveway, Patio & Pressure Washing
- We take care when using pressure washing equipment, but older or damaged surfaces may loosen or break.
- We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing cracks, loose mortar, or unstable paving.
- Sealing (if requested) is weather-dependent and may require a return visit.
Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal
- We use low-pressure cleaning methods as standard and do not use high-pressure washing on roofs unless specifically agreed in writing beforehand.
- Some discolouration will naturally fade over time as biocides take effect.
- Access requirements will be discussed beforehand. Safety is our priority at all times.
Gutter Cleaning
- We clean gutters using poles or ladders depending on access and safety.
- We are not liable for issues resulting from existing damage such as:
- rotten fascia boards
- loose fixings or brackets
- guttering already detached, sagging or weakened
- leaks or structural deterioration from long-term water exposure
- If guttering or fascia collapses or breaks due to pre-existing weakness during cleaning, any reattachment or repair work will be offered at an additional charge.
- We cannot clear gutters that are unsafe to access or blocked due to structural issues beyond our control.

- Blocked drains or poor drainage not caused directly by our work
- Where pre-existing damage causes something to fail during cleaning (e.g. guttering coming away), any required repairs will be chargeable as an additional service.
